BRKG - Shots Fired College Campus Near Houston TX

One person was in critical condition and another was wounded after gunfire erupted at Lone Star College North Harris campus on Tuesday afternoon. The shooting happened about 12:20 p.m. at the campus at 2700 W. W. Thorne, near Aldine Westfield, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Two people were wounded, one of them critically, officials said. The condition of the other victim was not released. Officials said two gunmen appeared to have been involved in the shooting. One of them was taken into custody a short time later. The other man is on the run. Law enforcement officials were searching the area near the campus, using tracking dogs. The Houston police SWAT team is also on campus.
